Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 4, 2026 · Last updated: April 4, 2026

Traxium Intelligence, Inc. ("Traxium," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, including our website at traxium.ai, client console, and warehouse operations software (collectively, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account registration data (name, email address, company name, phone number)
  • Business information (warehouse address, business license details, tax information)
  • eCommerce platform credentials you choose to connect (stored encrypted)
  • Payment information processed securely through Stripe — we never store raw card numbers
  • Communications you send us through the contact form or support channels

We also automatically collect certain technical data, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and usage patterns through standard server logs and analytics tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Traxium platform
  • Process registrations and verify 3PL operator credentials
  • Facilitate order routing between client brands and warehouse partners
  • Send transactional emails (account approvals, rejections, confirmations)
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Partner connections: When you link to a 3PL partner via an invite code, limited profile information (name, email, company) is shared with that partner to facilitate order routing.
  • Service providers: We use third-party services including Firebase (Google) for authentication and database, Stripe for payments, and Shopify/Amazon APIs for order sync. Each operates under their own privacy policy.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Traxium and its users.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, Firebase Authentication, and Firestore security rules. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe under PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance. No security system is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Registration request data (including rejections) is retained for compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@traxium.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use essential session cookies for authentication and basic analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
